Introduction

ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems. To further ensure the customer satisfaction through the quality product and production process, we, KC Industries endeavoured to obtain the ISO9001:2000 certification by fulfilling the requirements in it.

Since its establishment, the staff in KC Industries have been incorporated the following requirements into our daily work to create customer satisfaction by superior quality products.

-a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
-monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
-keeping adequate records;
-checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary;
-regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
-facilitating continual improvement

On December 18th, 2008, we are accredited the ISO 9001:2000 certification, which is the award for the effort of KC Industries and its staff. But we will never content ourselves with the current situation, we will strive for the accreditation of other certifications. We have been working on the TS16949 certification to better serve the promising automobile industries.
